Finance Council

The primary purpose of the Finance Council is consultative, and it is responsible for assisting the Pastor with the Parish financial administration, with the specific mandate to assist the Pastor in the administration of Parish goods.  The Council assists the Pastor in preparing a yearly budget of Parish income and expenditures and the required annual financial report of actual income and expenses versus the budget for dissemination to the Parishioners.  It reviews the Parish financial statements monthly to ensure it operates within the budget's limits.  The Council also reviews the Parish's revenues and recommends increasing revenue to meet the Parish's goals and priorities.   It encourages support of Parish and Archdiocesan stewardship programs.
